A Note to Trainers:
The Primer will allow novice users to participate more fully in the remaining portion of your training. Experienced users interested in learning about the educational applications of the Internet may already be familiar with these basic Internet skills.
The training may be arranged so that novice users attend a 45-minute to one hour Primer before the Master Training begins. Or, more experienced users could be given an Internet activity to work on independently while the instructor leads the Primer.
