Description Your role as a staff member at a WorkKeys testing center requires that you have an active understanding of the policies and procedures that govern your WorkKeys operations. WorkKeys tests are considered high-stakes tests. As a result of completing this training program, you should be able to: " choose secure facilities and staff for high-stakes testing " order, secure, and return any testing materials " deliver tests according to high-stakes testing standards " coordinate and administer tests smoothly
