| Description Temple Grandin is a nationally renowned author, lecturer and pioneering advocate for autism and autism spectrum disorder. Her story brings significant awareness to individuals with ASD and how their differences can become their greatest strengths. This alternative-delivery activity invites participants to view the movie _Temple Grandin_ and discover a new understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders and how they may impact the lives and work of their students. Additionally, participants will be given the opportunity to brainstorm new ways to be an effective and supportive instructor of individuals with ASD. |
