| Description This practitioner toolkit contains resources and tools for professionals working with adults and families learning English. The toolkit is divided into five sections: Background Information, Activity Packets, Parent Education in Family Literacy Programs, Issues in Adult ESL Education and Family Literacy and Resources. The Resource Center will contact you with training materials. Steps involved: 1. Review the toolkit in its entirety. 2. Select an instructional activity from the toolkit and implement with students. 3. Write a short reaction paper on the usefulness of the toolkit and how it relates to your teaching. 4. Return your reaction paper and evaluation to the Northeast ABLE Resource Center, and a Certificate of Completion will be sent to you. |
