Comments:
The main web page article gives a nice summary of the contributions of the Navajo in major world wars and conflicts. It is featured in a larger font and would be suitable for developing and competent readers. Be sure to click on the link, Harrison Lapahie to get to a personal page that describes his life story and contains many quality photographs. It is interesting reading. This page also features a larger font. This web site will initiate many classroom discussions related to the contributions of American Indians, human rights, World War II, quality of an education and many more.
