| Wonderful site showcasing this award winning, fascinating and successful California zoo. Main links include the San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Center for Reproduction of Endangered Species, Panda Cam and Wild Ideas. Each area is divided into subsections via a pull down menu. This site features fantastic color photographs, interesting journals, videos, real audio presentations, interesting information and much more. Check out the Animals at Large and Featured Exhibits at the zoo. Also check out the Wild Animal Park and the Featured Exhibits. Here, the Heart of Africa offers an online discovery journal and virtual tour of the exhibit with the resident naturalist. It includes observations, photographs, videos, and drawings plus interesting information. It is written in an easy-to-read style and visitors will feel like they are on a safari. | |||||||||
