Getting started includes basic advice plus links to graphic organizers, venn diagrams, concept mapping and many other visual helps. How to Write the Essay includes general writing tips, structure of the five paragraph essay, how to write a thesis, step-by-step suggestions and much more. Editing and Revising includes a proofreading guide, run-on sentences-what they are and how to repair them, five editing principles and editing paragraphs. Writing Prompts include expository, narrative and persuasive helps.
