Comments:
Teachers and tutors be sure to check out the Classroom Strategies and Resources for lots of ideas. Learners could bring in CDs of the songs and listen to them in small groups. This activity could lead to group discussions on a myriad of topics, writing activities such as a response to the song, the lyrics and the message and many more. Students cold also compose their own song reflecting a topic they have been learning about such as current events, science, government, history, social injustice and many others.
