Purposeful, Transparent, Contextual, Building Expertise
Purposeful and Transparent
All students need to be able to make the best decisions for their lives and situations.

Contextual
Using sample problems that learners might be faced with or using an actual problem a learner has to make a decision will help student's transfer classroom learning to real-life.

Building Expertise
Learners begin by discussing how they already make decisions, are shown a decision-making model, and practice making decisions - either from the decision-making cards or from real life.
